How this site works
GuestPoint Academy has short videos on the everyday work of running your property in GuestPoint. There’s no password.
What we record
When you start, we ask for your property’s GuestPoint serial, your name and your email. As you watch, we record which lessons you’ve started and finished, and anything you tell us with the thumbs or the comment box.
Why
So the GuestPoint team can support your setup: we can see which lessons your team has watched and where people get stuck, and improve the lessons. Your property’s managers may receive a summary of who has watched which lessons. Your feedback and comments go to GuestPoint only.
This browser remembers you
If several people use this computer, choose Switch person at the top of the page, or pick your name when asked who’s watching.
